Are We There Yet?

Has the Real Estate Market reached the bottom?  No one knows for sure.  There are plenty of speculators out there giving their opinions but lets be honest the market can turn into a Seller's Market as quickly as it turned into a Buyer's Market, with no warning.  Seems as though that is not possible with today's market but who thought our Real Estate Market would lose so much steam when it did and so quickly.

There is no way to tell which way the market is heading but there are a few things we do know.  Rates are climbing and more than likely will not be going downward anytime soon.  Homes are ON Sale and prices are fantastic.  There are plenty of homes to choose from and one is waiting for you.

If you have been on the fence about purchasing a home, now is the time to do so.  If this is YOUR home there are no worries.  The market will rebound and when it does you will have equity in  your home.  Purchasing a home is not like purchasing a car.  A home is where you live, where you make memories and something you can make your own.
